“Cheapest most trusted way to get an oil change. You can buy any type of oil you’d like and pay a flat labor fee or use their bulk grade if it’s the correct weight. I bring my 2015 Porsche Macan and 2016 Audi Q3 and picked the highest quality oil and filter. They are kind and the prices are fixed as they are corporate. Go somewhere else and be subjected to arbitrary prices. Most of the negative reviews on here are from folks upset at their car needing service and taking it out on the people trying to help them. Try to mentally equip yourself for life so you can problem solve obstacles in front of you instead of reacting negatively to every event. Dave and Hallie are super sweet and Bud the mechanic is a pro!”

“I used the collision guys for an insurance claim repair on my Chrysler 200. The staff I spoke with, especially Ron, were great and easy to talk to. We walked through all the steps involved in the process and then I dropped my car off. I had asked for a little extra work if possible but I didn't have any extra money for it. I went to pick up my car and not only did they do a beautiful job on the front end but he also did that one little extra project I asked about at no charge to me. They washed and and cleaned the inside and it looked brand new. They took care of my deductible and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire process. “After taking my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4 times to the dealership it was purchased from for a wheel alignment because it was obviously needed.. A co worker recommended that I give Auto Medics Of Shelby a call after seeing that the dealership just obviously couldn't get it right even with all 4 chances. I was very frustrated due to the fact that I work 14 hour days most of the time and just don't have the time to constantly take my vehicle in for the same issue just to get it back with the same issue going on. Auto Medics came and picked my vehicle up right away from my job and brought it back the same day before I got off work. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with their work and have not had any issues since. I was also extremely impressed with their honesty.. long story short the dealership tried to tell me that my vehicle needed a big component replaced that came out to a total of 6k. After having Auto Medics look into it.. turns out there is absolutely nothing at all wrong with my vehicle. Been driving it for almost a year now since having it looked at and still no issues. Very thankful for Auto Medics and their phenomenal honesty and service because they saved me from spending 6k for something I don't even need. I was greeted courteously, and luckily they had a cancellation and were able to do the work immediately (you may need to make an appointment first). The job was finished in about a half hour. It was their expertise and experience that really impressed me! Tony, the owner explained the products and helped me determine the correct tint. The installer came out and answered all my questions. “If you're like me, taking your car into service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy. I appreciate the service team. Online booking is turn key. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said no, thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa...
