“I was referred to Platinum Phone Repair via a local Verizon Outlet- (surprisingly as I am with Verizon- and Kudo's to them as well for this GREAT recommendation)- I contacted them via phone and spoke with Brandon- I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone-6S (4-years old- but in excellent condition and working very well otherwise)- Brandon was most helpful over the phone- and even more helpful in person! As this phone is my only phone- and I caught them at the right time- Brandon had a new battery in, charged, and ready within 20-minutes, my Otter Case put back on properly- just a great job- and at a very reasonable rate, with a full 90-day warranty. I waited a week to write this review. My phone is like new again- in fact- maybe better than new as the original iPhone 6S models had a bit of a wanky battery installed when they were Made (not known at time of purchase- but so informed by Verizon when I brought my iPhone 6S in for this battery issue... ) So- Thank You Brandon & Platinum Phone Repair! “Solid customer service with a nice in-store selection. Yesterday I had some mulch delivered to my house for my kids' new play set. The delivery driver called when he was on his way as I requested. He was able to back his truck up a lot closer to the dump site than I thought he would be able to. You should give them a shot.”
