“Mike is the man! If you want good quality tinting done to your car then I HIGHLY suggest you take it here. Mike walks you through the different tint percentages and helps you decide what is best for your ride. He was very flexible with me on timing and did an amazing job overall. Support these guys! Thanks Sterling Tint Shop!”

“Going on my third year (engineer @ GM) here and I am honestly disappointed. I gave them ample time before typing a review, with that said, here we go. My first year hear the staff was great and they actually cared for you. Made you feel welcomed. However that staff I was working with is long gone. Over time up to now, the landlord stacked the office with family and friends which means you will not get the help needed unless you are willing to go the extra mile (calling the higher ups or law suits everywhere). Maintenance is there to help but will not do much unless a complaint is filed multiple times. Rent goes up every year I went from $745 (650 Sq ft.) to $783 over three years which means I end up paying $456 more per year (38*12). On top of that you want to charge people $15 per month for a parking space ($180 more per year on your total lease) and you just now redoing the parking lots after we have complained about it for the past year and a half? It's a joke. It's funny considering a friend of mine not too far away from this place never had his rent go up once during his three year stay at his complex. Be prepared to share one washer and dryer with 7 other apartments in your building. Yea with multiple families you would think you would have multiple washers ready to go knowing this. Yea, no and good luck trying to get your loads done. The price does not justify the space you are living in. When compared to other places in Warren and Sterling Heights, there are other places that will give you more bang for your buck (other complexes account for both your water and gas yet cheaper than this complex). Hell you are better off taking out a home loan and getting a cheap house before considering this place. Do not come to this place unless you are willing to deal with people who will not help you and try to justify the increase in cost. Everything is outdated (carpet, sinks, tubs, etc..). When you compare other complexes to this place, you realize there are much better places to go to. Holiday Manor rent is $575 for a 550 Sq. Ft. 1 bed, Arlington Manor is at $850 for 836 Sq. Ft. but you net more space than the 1 bed deluxe here in Kingsley, Pine Groove at $575 but you are further away from the GM VEC and near I-94. Hell, Field stone not too far from Kingsley gives more bang for your buck. You get the point as of where I am going with this. For anyone who is living here already, look into different areas. With the current staff, I foresee people being nickle and dime out of their wallets in the next 3 years unless the current staff is either changed or just dropped from the spot. Take the time out to look at other places before coming here. Update: This place gained 2 more stars. They actually updated many of the problems. With some of the old apartments being updated from the rooms to the flooring, they really are trying to turn things around. High Cost is still a problem but they're working to improve themselves Update 2021: forgot to actually add the missing star upon moving out.”
