AIS Carpet Outlet

I rarely do reviews but I felt compelled to say a good word for AIS. I had read some reviews about AIS, who do the home depot installs, and enough were bad that I was concerned. When all was done I found my worries were unfounded. The installers did a great job on what I would consider a higher-end house. Communication was good, they worked efficiently to knock out about 1500 sq ft of carpet. The leftover carpet was reasonable as we have enough left over to have place rugs made out of the scrap and not much more. The stairs and seams look good and it transformed our upstairs.

I was warned by a friend that carpet layers were going to mess up my newly painted walls and trim, but AIS did such a fantastic job!!! I appreciate not having to do touch ups :D Amber Silk was also a great help in the process, especially when we had to reschedule. I would highly recommend!

Matt is an amazing installer. We were very impressed. He was fast, did a nice job on our stairs.. they were tricky to do, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He was prepared and also polite abs knowledgeable. He spoke well of his company and also of Home Depot. We really like the work he did. Thank you!!!

It all started with the customer service given by Bianca Gray. Very courteous and polite. Was quoted to have installation in March but was called because of a cancellation six weeks early! She was one of the most friendly people I’ve ever dealt with over the phone. Now to the installers. Wonderful job! Very clean and professional. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Thank you guys very much and keep up the good work! I would recommend you guys to anyone!

I missed the installers names, but they called ahead of time, they were fast, efficient, and professional. Really good work making the new carpet match up to the old carpet in the doorways! Amber followed up to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. Definitely would talk to these guys in the future for more carpet!

Scheduling installation was super easy and fast. I was able to order and have it scheduled a week out! Luis and Miguel were AWESOME. Super professional and friendly and did a perfect job! They did it very fast and efficient too! Jordan was great and followed up right after to ensure the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend them!
