“I am 6 days in. I work a very busy, stressful, time consuming job at a car dealership. The people that rate this program less than 4 stars just aren’t believing in it. The center gives you the tools and holds you accountable it’s not some miracle they perform on you. Is it a tad pricey, yes, but it’s your health. They gave me the tools, I am the one to use the tools and 6 days in I’m 14 lbs down. I had a day where my body was sore and cramping, they told me to up my minerals etc. I did and it seems to be better. They want you to talk to your MD during the diet so you are sure you are staying healthy, which I am. Overall if you want to make a SOLID investment in YOUR health Ideal You is the way to go. Even if I don’t finish the plan (for some reason), it was already worth it for me.”

“The price is very affordable, the location is perfect, and the staff were all super friendly , I felt more like I was staying in a guesthouse than a motel. The room looked exactly like the photos, smelled great, Room was clean & smells nice When I check-in. The towels are super soft. Blankets and sheets fresh and clean and You have a great parking space in a great area for walking around , Will definitely stay here again!”

“I highly recommend Shorehaven, my mom has lived in the community for almost two years. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and very patient. They offer a wide variety of activities. My mom feels comfortable and safe. She enjoys the meals, entertainment, activities and her new friends. This past year has been extra challenging with Covid. The staff has been so positive and very creative keeping the residents engaged. They have given the residents as much independence as possible, still keeping them safe and following the ever changing guidelines. I am grateful for the hardworking staff, they are a special group.”

“I come to Phoenix often for work and I think I may have finally found my go to hotel! I'm so shocked to see the amount of bad reviews here. My experience was wonderful - the room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable I had the best night of sleep in a hotel I've had in awhile. I love that they provide a microwave in the room as so many hotels are doing away with that. The shower worked well - it did leak a little if you didn't push the handle far enough but easy to solve. The workout room was small but had an upright bike which I prefer over a recumbent bike. The location was fantastic - close to the interstate and also very close to a nice running trail. I definitely plan to stay here again!”
