Northpoint Village of Utica

After visiting numerous independent living businesses for our parents, we decided on Northpoint Village. They are family owned and treated us with so much respect. The building is beautiful and VERY CLEAN. The entire staff treats everyone like family. We feel absolutely blessed to find such a great place for our parents!

My Mom has been living at Northpoint Village for four years. She was very reluctant to leave her condo and was upset at first. But after a few months she admitted it was the absolute best move she could have made. She has her own spacious apartment with a full kitchen so she still has her independence. With company and activities right outside her door when she wants it. But the most important thing about Northpoint is the staff. They really make Mom feel like family. They have done an amazing job keeping the residents entertained and distracted from the limitations during the pandemic, tested them weekly, and got them vaccinated. They provided care whenever she returned from the hospital, which is enormous peace of mind for my brothers and me. Chrystal, Lisa, Chris, and Enza have all personally gone out of their way to help Mom stay safe and cared for. I can't recommend Northpoint more highly.

My dad moved into Northpoint this year and it has been a wonderful experience. It is not easy to make a move in your 70s and he was welcomed here with open arms. The staff are so kind and really care about their residents. Our family is so happy to have my dad in a place where he is treated so well and supported. I highly recommend Northpoint.

When your loved one is at Northpoint they become one of their family. They are well taken care of in a perfectly clean, caring, safe and friendly environment. My mom has been a resident for 9 years and what I see as the difference from other "facilities" is the caring staff. Most of employees have been there for years, which speaks highly of the working environment. I feel confident that the staff has my mom's best interest at heart. My mother has lived at North Point Village for approximately 2 years. I have always been impressed because she is so happy there. I am even more impressed with how they have protected their residents during this pandemic. They do an outstanding job everyday. All the staff is very caring and always helpful. We cannot say enough of good things about them. Thank you for taking such good care of mom.
