(March 30, 2020, 11:02 am)Excellent quality chargers. Handmade in Metro Detroit, no one else builds them like this anymore. The company is run by one elderly gentleman with a few employees, every time I've showed up at their location I've been greeted with a smile and taken care of promptly.

I'm not sure what happened, but I am giving them 4 stars for coming through and making things right and making a quality charger made in the US. I would buy from them again to avoid cheap junk from Amazon.

I wanted to support a US manufacturer. I try to find companies that compete by producing quality tools and do not try to compete on cost with Amazon asian suppliers, however in this case after my initial sales confirmation I never heard back and was never shipped my charger. 3 months later and my messages continue to recieve no response. I guess the lesson is buy a disposable charger on Amazon where at least customer service is good. - Jason
