“I love it however the machine seems to always be out of service. However 1 time I put in money and it never gave me my quarters I called some number associated with the wash and it was someone's phone who did not answer or call back. If it was always working and got my darn 5 bucks lol I'd give 5 stars good place to wash by your self. Update: Still a great place. Occasionally the change machine is down so come prepared!! THIS IS A WARNING, GET QUARTERS PRIOR TO ARRIVING. CHANGE MACHINE IS DOWN FROM TIME TO TIME. Which I mean is bound to happen but don't say I didn't tell u to get quarters before you arrive.”

“a few days days I got my Chrysler 200 stuck in a puddle of mud. I went from a black car to a brown car real quick... As I was driving up Van Dyke I happened to come across this car wash, and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to get my car cleaned, I was right. As I was happily guided in by a young man at the front, I purchased a $7 wash. I wasn't expecting much, but I was wrong. When I pulled out of the tunnel after getting my car dried by the nice guy with the towels, i went and observed the results. Not a spec of dirt was to be seen in my car. So, not only did I get a beautifully cleaned car, but I was treated great by the excellent staff too! 100% recommend”

“I Don’t Usually Leave Reviews But I Just Got Back From A Skiing Trip With my Grandchildren And I was driving though the storm and my vehicle got coated in salt everywhere, came in at 8AM Went to there pay station and it was a very simple system to use, they even have a buy one get one half off car wash which i thought was amazing. after i grabbed my receipt the gate opened for me then i was guided in the car wash tunnel by a young gentleman with glasses with a smile on his face using 2 hands to make sure my tire doesn’t hit the yellow tire guards and he took extra time to fully make sure all the salt and slush is off my car and wheel wells and when i got to the end of the car wash an older gentleman hand wiped my car and got all the excess water off ! i highly recommended this car wash to anyone especially during this weather.”

“If you make the choice to use an automatic soft cloth car wash, this one does a good job. I made the mistake of asking for a car wash gift card for Christmas. My wife got me one from Superior Shine, which is how I started going here. I don't recommend their gift cards, because they are a poor value. Gift cards can only be used toward full-price services - you can't use them toward a monthly membership. I wound up getting my vehicle washed far less frequently than I usually do, because of this. I used the balance of the gift card today, so when I'm ready for my next wash, I'll get the Extreme monthly package for 1 month. The package includes a spray-on ceramic coating that is noticeably more hydrophobic than a spray-on wax. With multiple applications in late November and early December, my vehicle should be reasonably well-prepared for winter. I don’t wash my car when the temperature is below 32 degrees, because I am concerned that ice crystals may form on the brushes and damage the vehicle finish. Superior Shine has excellent self-serve vacuums that customers can use at no additional charge. Unfortunately, I have only been able to use them once, because they were just installed near the end of summer 2022. Even though the gift card turned out to be a very poor value, I am giving the facility 4 stars, because I think that the Extreme monthly package will be very good value. I hope that I will be able to revise my rating to 5 stars in the future.”
