I came home last night Thursday and found my shower running full blast HOT HOT water which made condensation, therefore, making my ceilings and walls damp/dripping with water. Called 9:30 Friday morning and they came out by 11 am and fixed an on going problem that was never resolved from last year with a different plumber. Also, fixed sump pump leak. Very efficient., knowledgeable, professional. RECOMMEND HIGHLY Issue:Had a constant slow leak with the shower heads...really irritating.”

Her water heater stopped working and Monkey Wrench Plumbing went to her home the day after I contacted them on her behalf as I planned to pay for any repairs since she cannot afford them. In 15 minutes, he got it working. He didn't charge for this. I know it was a quick and easy task (for a professional) to re-light it for her but he gave his time and commute to help her. She will need a new water heater soon and we will be using Monkey Wrench when that time comes. There are decent people out there. :)”

Rates were far more competitive than competitor operations I’ve used and called upon for this year (Dec 2018). Would use them again. I wasn’t sure about size of my septic tank when scheduling the appointment so I overestimated and the Lowered the price once they realized my error and charged me for the correct size tank service. I thought that was truly honest as I could have been taken for additional $30 without knowing.”
