“100% HIGHLY recommend this company! From beginning to end they were reliable, straight forward, on time and professional. We went with the Marvin Infinity black windows. They are gorgeous. Our sales rep, Mike M, was wonderful. He was highly efficient on his first visit. He worked with us to explain the product, work through design and installation questions and presented a quote that was very fare. We had 3-4 quotes from reputable companies prior to Performance that were all 25-55% higher. Mike was in and out in close to an hour, with no dog and pony show. Very professional. Once we decided on the product we were matched with an installation team that contacted us to set up final measure within 1-2 weeks. Our 28 windows and 1 door were ready for install 8 weeks from measure...we were so impressed with the timeline. Our install team, lead by Mike S, Frank and his boys was incredible. They worked the entire job, including tear out and install in one day! Our home was not an easy job...1963 original Anderson's with wonky openings. We were a bit worried but given their level of experience and craftsmanship the job turned out exactly to our specifications...oh, and they are clean, clean, clean. No mess left behind. Even our dogs loved them!!. My husband is a design build architect who is familiar with quality products, fare pricing and talented install teams. When they tore out my kitchen cabinets and flooring they didn’t damage anything else in the process and they cleaned up so thoroughly when they were done. The whole process was as good as it could possibly get with Frank in charge. He treats you like he’s his only client. “They repaired my roof 2 years ago giving me a 5 year warranty on workmanship and 25 years on material. Noticed problems after Approx. 19 months. Reported this to them 2 weeks ago. They promptly came out to inspect and agreed that water was getting under the coating They installed. They told me they would get back to me in 4 days with a proposed fix. It has now been 10 days and no call back even after I left one message reminding them about the promised call back. You can tell how good a company is by how they handle problems. So far I am quite disappointed. The warranty was honored and a repair has been made to satisfy the situation. I would work with them again. This is an honorable company.”

“Our neighbor/friend highly recommended Todd Collett from All American Construction Roofing. He was the first contractor we called out for an estimate to replace our roof. After meeting Todd and speaking with him we knew there wouldn't be any reason to get other estimates. We knew immediately that he was honest, fair and completely trustworthy. Todd brought shingle samples out to us and explained the difference in the weight and durability of them. He answered any questions we had. He never tried to upsell a more expensive roof and left that decision completely up to us. When the day came to replace our roof Todd and his crew arrived early in the morning & worked until dark. They tore off and replaced our roof in one day! We were so impressed with the entire crew. They worked very well as a team. They were polite, respectful and extremely hard working.
