“Outstanding experience with Mikhail and team from day 1 - highly recommend! We had the team take on a large siding, trim, gutters, and fascia project, on both our home and garage, with some additional painting of deck materials and pillars around our home. Mikhail is very attentive and responsive, making several in person trips to explain the process, answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate our large project prior to finalizing a contract. From project start, the crew showed up every morning, worked all day and repeated until the job was done. These guys are impressive, hard labor, high ladders, several custom cuts and finishing, and the end result looks fantastic. Throughout the install, there were a few quality concerns, one due to James Hardie board materials, and a couple areas where finishing touches weren’t up to par. Mikhail and team, no question, resolved all of these issues, replacing any impacted materials and perfecting the issues of concerns. His communication was consistent and immediate, chatting via text or call throughout the project. They also had samples of all their products and gave us a good explanation of their process. Overall, an excellent experience. They started the roofing installation the following week with a crew of 14 men. They were very well organized and worked diligently all day to finish the large roof on our home and a 2nd garage on our property. They protected all our landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. The head of the project was very friendly and explained everything that was going on.
