John Fleming (Northern Roofing Systems) provided excellent, attentive, and thorough customer service throughout the entire process of getting a new roof. He went far above and beyond any other prospective roofing company. He spent months working with my insurance company to prove the hail/wind damaged shingles required replacement, until an entire roof was fully covered by insurance. John provided superior communication from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a roof replacement or inspection.
