I understand why employees are not allowed to move or take down the customers' personal items before installation projects
In my case and as a favor to me, the installer took down my blinds before installing my kitchen windows. Well, he put them back up wrong and broke one of the blind hooks that turns the blinds. I would have probably been less angry if he had said so, but he put them up as though nothing were wrong and left. When I went to open the blinds, the stick fell down. Lesson learned. By the way.....the windows look great!

Hansons did a great job! They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, kept their workspaces clean, they were quick and efficient with the removal and install of 12 new windows in a 3 story condo. We could instantly notice a difference in the insulation of the new windows. I would highly recommend their service and their product.

My only complaint is with admin staff afterwards. I got no less than 5 emails with the same request for a signature to complete the close of the project. Multiple phone calls asking me to sign the document that I had already signed. It was annoying.
