I agreed and he found the best path to enter our home. He protected the our oak floors by attaching a covering on the wheels of the clean out machine and also did a fantastic job of keeping the basement area clean while using the auger. He kept me informed throughout the process and showed me the clog of tree and plant roots. He did a great clean up. He was very polite and courteous.
