“I have been a resident of Lakeside Terrace since 2009 and even was able to get my mother to sign on in 2011 until her death in January 2023. Overall Lakeside Terrace has been a good place to live. There have been some ups and downs, but overall things have been fine. I want to extend my feedback about the quality of service I have received over the years from the property manager Kristina Simmons. I have know Kristina during my entire time here and she has been most helpful. I fine her to be professional, caring and providing follow through on my maintenance requests. Kristina has been one of the biggest reasons I have stayed at Lakeside Terrace since 2009. I would also like to put in a good word for the other property manager Stacy George who has also been very helpful and supportive during my time here. She is friendly and considerate and has also helped make my time here pleasant. Together these 2 property managers have been an asset to Lakeside Terrace.”

I live out of state and he saved me trips helping to coordinate some touch up work needed on the home - and he also did some of it himself. He made trips to my mother at her senior living apartment to facilitate ease of document signing and he also accompanied her to her financial institution to make sure things proceeded smoothly. He was patient with her pace and questions and the sale of the home was pretty quick, seamless and she received a reasonable price for the current market. Riverside Village along with Princeton Management have been nothing but accommodating and extremely generous to me and the needs I might have. Very lovely ladies at the main office, its a shame I don't remember their names but they extremely sweet to meet. When I requested to allow my pet to move in they not only were accepting of this but also were kind enough to have a picture of him included on there wall in the office. Maintenance responds within seconds and have always been extremely fast, efficient, and extremely easy to talk too. 5/5 If I ever do go looking for a new apartment, I'm going to hold them to a high standard.”
