He can easily be reached throughout the day via email and texting, whereas other real estate agents I've worked with previously respond only by email or by phone, and many times won't respond until the end of the day. Another good trait about John is that after I closed on the home, he has continued to keep in touch with me constantly to see how my new home is coming along and to see if I need anything since he is nearby. For example, I recently had to deal with a broken mailbox, which John promptly helped replaced knowing that I am out-of-state.
