My dad has been going to him for 2 years and in that time he has been dealing with undiagnosed medical issues due to a lung surgery. Dr Eddie has went above and beyond to try to help figure out the issue by doing free x-rays, texting the images to me and even alerting us that my dad has a bulge on his main artery that no other doctor had told us about. Dr. Eddie has also given my dad a complimentary massage to help work out the back pain my dad has been dealing with for over a year due to undiagnosed stomach issues. “Great experience from start to finish. Owner provided the quote. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the flooring options. No hardcore sales pitch like you see or hear of with other companies. Follow up call 2 days before install to confirm. The installation took place on the agreed upon date. The installer arrived as scheduled. This was a 2 day job being we were replacing all the carpet in the whole home. Mario was professional and made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. His workmanship was outstanding and his clean up was great. We had just had the home professionally painted and I was concerned there would be some damage to the baseboards and stair spindles but the job was completed flawlessly. We are very satisfied with our new flooring and highly recommend Carpet Direct and Mario for carpet installation. Will definitely use them for future flooring needs and will request Mario for the install. Thank you for a wonderful experience.”
