They both work tirelessly to maintain an elevated standard of living for residents in the community, and should an issue come up, be it big or small, (elevator down, power out, AC not blowing QUITE cool enough for your liking, etc.) Nick and/or Rachel are on top of it immediately. They are both so kind and have a well known presence within the building—most residents know them and their family on a first name basis.
