These guys save ducks in the freezing ice river because they have a heart and conscience! Good people running a good department. Turned out to be a devoy (thank God a duck wasn't hurt) but if they will rescue a decoy in the dark just to make sure it's not a real duck. That makes me feel safe. Thank you!
