Jim's Towing & Road Service

Jim’s has great people and great service! I called through my insurance and they had me set up with a different company. I waited over six hours for the other company and nobody showed. I called Jim’s towing and they were here within an hour. The driver was kind, thoughtful and professional.

We got stuck on a long road trip. Fortunately, we pulled into a gas station, but our truck would not restart. We called AAA and they sent Jim’s Towing of Monroe. We were pleasantly surprise when we met Charity! She was so sweet and courteous, and empathetic to our situation. She did everything right to help load our Ford F150 to try to make it to A1 Auto Center an hour before closing! As she drove us and I asked her name, I was like “of course.” Thank you Charity for showing up quickly, working so diligently, and having such a kind heart. We felt God’s presence and providential power through you. 🙏🏼

Dispatcher April was super friendly and helpful and the driver was Colin. He was the best tow specialist you could ask for. They helped me twice in one evening through AAA!
