“From the initial meeting with the owner, Neil Miller, to discuss a new furnace/humidifier/air conditioner system installation, Miller’s Nu-Tech was all about high level customer service at every turn. The 2 day installation and subsequent follow up was an overall exceptional experience. This company honestly is a bit more expensive than others, but is well worth it. The technicians: Brett, Ed, Joe and Matt (front office) and Bridget (back office re: rebates) are all personable, respectful, honest and took the time in explaining options available with costs in mind. The technicians always had cleanliness and safety in mind especially of concern now with the current COVID virus situation. They even wore face masks in a large open basement when nobody else was in the vicinity! Highly recommend Miller’s Nu-tech Plumbing and Heating. There is no need to research further!”

Very thorough, professional, kind, and hard working, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of damage and how to restore.
