Purchased a shed from Lowe's; Happy with the product and the installer but original installation date was missed and wasn't notified until after the installer was supposed to be here. Rescheduled date, had to call to ask where installer was after no show for 7-10am window; then he said he'd be there by noon, another call to ask where he was after 12:30. He did finally show between 1-2 and did wonderful work. He was unable to complete the project that day and arrived later than expected on the next planned day to finish the project. It was then I noticed the kit did not include the extra workbench I had paid for, so I am still ultimately waiting for completion. If the communication would have just been there from the installer in the beginning that he was running late, that his van broke down the day before, etc - I would have probably given 5 stars. All of my calls to the company were handled professionally and I do not doubt the workbench will be made right. I just wish I didn't have to be in contact so much to get this project done.

Not understanding all the bad ratings, I failed with my communication on my end with an interview and they gave me another chance to get another one scheduled... Things happen but so far from my experience they have excellent communication skills and offer good pay, I hear theirs a lot of work but that's why they call a job a job. It's not easy work but it will pay off in the future.

Great product line! Awesome people and company too! Great for all seasons! And love the variety, styles!
