The first orthodontist did not expand my son's palate enough so now Dr. Jay is fixing what could have been done right the first time. I appreciate that he did not bad mouth anyone just explained why it didn't work and made a plan moving forward. Every step is explained very thoroughly and nothing is done without my understanding and approval. Dr. Jay and his staff are very welcoming as well as patient and understanding. Lastly his goal is not to become rich off of one patient so his prices are well below the other local orthodontists while providing more comprehensive care.”
