I love how gentle the classes are for us both, and that they incorporate baby into the practice rather than just practicing next to baby. Ashley is a careful, concerned, and mindful instructor. I felt that myself and baby were in safe hands before, during and after class.
(December 22, 2019, 8:03 am)Best place! My daughter and I love it there! Ms. Ashely makes everyone feel special and at home! The kids learn so much and they offer so many classes for each age and for moms! A great way to connect with your children!
(December 21, 2019, 5:27 pm)We brought our son Finn to Born Yoga and he has a speech and developmental delay. Ashley and her staff were more than accommodating and truly loved teaching Finn. We also have brought our daughter and were met with the same loving and kindness. We are Born Yoga fans!
