I have to call twice to nail down exactly which parts I needed for my 2005 Elise and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. My order was also placed, packaged, and shipped all within the same day which was exceptional service. Highly recommend doing business for your Lotus parts if you can’t find them used or cheaper anywhere else!
