Premiere Pediatrics

So far we are happy with Dr Mark and Dr Sundar. They have both been attentive towards our first son. Never felt dismissed or unheard. As long as it remains this way we will continue to use their services for our children.

We switched over to this office after a few months of horrible care at another. We’ve been seeing Dr Mark and the Nurse Practitioner when he is not available. We love everything about this office. Staff is always friendly and extremely accommodating. Dr Mark is thorough and my daughter is so comfortable with him. He’s not in her face and makes sure she knows what he is doing before he does it. He answers all my questions and is always respectful and doesn’t make me feel stupid about them. Highly recommend this office and especially Dr Mark!! :)

I have been taking my son to see Dr. Mark Thomas for over 8 years, since my son was born. Dr. Thomas is one of the best physician-pediatricians that I could have asked for. In fact, I wish he were my doctor, too! On every visit to the doctor's office, the staff always greets us professionally. Within 5 minutes of arriving, we are in an office waiting for the doctor to be seen. First a nurse enters to diagnose the situation. Then, Dr. Thomas will see my son within fifteen minutes of the nurse departing.

Dr. Thomas has a way of putting children at ease and relates to kids. His philosophy is not to over-prescribe medications and his approach is more holistic. One of the conveniences of going to Premiere Pediatrics is the pediatricians' availability. Thrice now in all of our visits, we have seen other doctors as Dr. Thomas was out of the office or on vacation. The front staff will let us know which doctor we will be seeing before we arrive for same-day appointments.

My son loves going there. Each room is specially decorated with a theme. One has a Winnie the Pooh character-theme, another a Frozen-theme, and others with Disney-laden movie themes. Stuffed characters hang from the ceilings in each room and have themed wallpaper.

There are several advantages of going to Premiere Pediatrics.

One is that it has a sick children's entrance and waiting room, separate from non-sick children who are seeing a doctor for annual wellness checks, etc.

A second advantage, as mentioned earlier, is other doctors' availability. Dr. Thomas consults with other doctors, if needed. For example, with a recent trip to India, he consulted with one of the Indian doctors to find out about health protocol and what medications to take (malaria, etc.). The scope and breadth of experience is vast here versus a single-practicing doctor.

A third advantage is the clinic's willingness to schedule same-day appointments as needed. A child will not announce s/he will be sick ahead of time leaving parents scrambling to see a doctor immediately. Premiere Pediatrics has always accommodated my same-day requests during its business hours.

I whole-heartedly recommend this office to all kiddie patients. PS: My son loves getting a lollipop or a themed sticker after seeing the doctor.

My son’s pediatrician is Dr. Sundar and we’ve been with them since his birth 8 months ago. Dr. Sundar is efficient, yet thorough. Anytime I have a question, he always calls me back and every time we’ve needed to come in for an emergency visit, they’ve always made it possible. They have an after hours nurse line available as well. Even when he wasn’t in one day another one of the other doctors called me back. Very happy with this office so far.
