“As a new customer, I went in and I had a blood draw so I could have 5 tests performed. These were tests recommended by the professional staff since I disclosed I had been feeling in a funk and somewhat depressed lately. I was greeted with a nice smile. The paperwork to fill out was quick and easy, unlike most places. The facilities are spotless, bright and comfortable. The process was painless in many ways. The test results were returned in about a week and reviewed with me by the staff. Needless to say I seem healthy, and I am very happy I went to Express to find out. Not impressed at all with their chicken nuggets, pressed chicken ground meat A&W has the best chicken fingers). And my sandwich build was a little bit sloppy yesterday, but again, their vegetables, their buns, and their burgers are all top quality and today (Jan 2022), they are my favorites. I also eat cheeseburgers from Wendy's, Burger King, and Five Guys. Five Guys and Culver's will typically give you fresh-made, hot food off the menu and that's awesome. If I want hot and fresh food from Wendy's and Burger King, I will ask them to customize the burger - no ketchup, or extra meat or extra cheese, etc.”
