Just returned to Paul's Automotive for multiple new issues with our vehicle. Paul provided a timely and fair estimate. I provided the authorization to go ahead with repairs. I was grateful to receive a call that the vehicle was completed early and that the final bill came in under the estimated price, even after he had found a 3rd item wrong with the vehicle. Paul also noted that our vehicle needed a battery and suggested I get one very soon. Paul could have tried to sell me a battery, but he knew instead that I had some mechanical abilities and advised I could save some money if I replaced it myself - appreciate the honesty. It has been over 2 weeks since our last visit and all repairs continue to be perfect. This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Paul this year and every time we are more than pleased with the service received. Highly recommend!
Car runs great. Paul is very thorough going over things. I have a classic car, and I was very pleased with the work performed. A very good place to take your Mustang.
I’ve been going to Paul for over 14 years now. He runs an honest shop that has good prices for parts and labor. I have recommended his shop to several family members and friends who are tired of getting very expensive repair bills by the dealership but still demand a high quality of work and customer service. Paul’s shop fits that bill. Whenever I have followed up with the people I sent to Paul, they have all stated his shop exceeded their expectations. Is he the cheapest shop in town? No, but you won’t be able to find better workmanship, friendly service and skilled diagnostics for your dollar in Oakland County.
Indeed a special place. Have been taking my 79 vette to Paul and most recently for a new suspension. Done in 2 days and when I got the car back he had also bled the brakes, adjusted the idle along with others. The car just feels and drives like someone who loves cars really took time to make everything right. Defiantly going back.
Pauls? I'll put it this way, they know what they're doing. You probably don't. Before you nuts things up so bad, even Paul himself would have difficulty fixing, drop off the buggy at Paul's. They'll take care of it, as if was a Cadillac. You'll be glad ya did, betcha.
