The female employee did mix up our accomodations and put another guest in the room that I specifically said two of my female coworkers were assigned to. I provided her names and all and still received a call from my colleagues about this at midnight. My colleagues decided to stay in a third room that was thankfully reserved, however, so it worked out. They were especially kind in the fact that I accidentally left newly purchased food in the room refrigerator when I checked out, and they kept it in their fridge until I could get it later that day. I was so grateful because they didn't have to do this.”
