I had a home warranty for the first year after I bought my house, but the contractors would assign for things were not very consistent in quality or timeliness. Gladstone Plumbing Co has been great on both of those counts. They aren't the cheapest option but they show up and get things done and the technicians really seem to know their job well.
We have had James do work for us on two separate occasions and both times the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He explained the entire process to us clearly and concisely and answered all our questions in an easily understood manner. They were pleasant and professional in every way.
