We absolutely love this school. Our son started when he was 2, and has learned so much. From songs and dances to art and crafts, play time, snacks, naps, and even potty training, LTH does it all with care, affection, and joy. Our son walks out with a smile on his face every day. We especially love the diversity of the students - everyone is welcomed here. If you're looking for a great day care or preschool, give them a call.
Jillian the director is everything I could ever dream to find in someone that runs a child care center. Jillian cares about my children developing like they are her own. I met her over a year before my toddlers started in her program and I regret not doing sooner. Both of my children are developing faster and love going to what they call school with friends. The staff is caring and all my worries about my little ones transitioning have been met with compassion. One of Jillians care givers, Sam!!!! Love love her! She has nurtured my son through this transition and he is thriving now. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I love the teachers at LTHCC. They are so thorough in their care of our 1 year old daughter. She started going here at 3 months, as a new mom headed back to work they made the transition so nice. Could not be more in love Jillian and her staff. You will love it here! Also they do a Parents Night out every month on a Saturday night. That means 5 hours kid free to be parents!!! Love, Love, Love!
Words cannot express how at peace we feel when our children go to Little Tree Huggers. All of the teachers are compassionate and love our children. We have tried different daycares, and this is the only one I would recommend. I have complete trust in Jill and her team. Food allergies or disabilities? No problem. The teachers treat your child like he/she is one of their own, and you can send your child there knowing that they will receive the best care. We have had days where we go to pick up the kids and they refuse to leave, so we sit there for another 45 minutes while the kids play. We have even picked up care tips that we now use at home -- like yoga when the kids are having a rough day and need an outlet. Our kids wake up in the morning and count down the minutes until we leave for LTH. They love the friends they have made, and they love the staff.
Little Tree Huggers Child Care is truly a home away from home.
After our babysitting situation changed at home my husband and I decided to enroll our son in a daycare. We looked at a ton of daycares in the area and I felt uneasy about most until we stumbled upon Little Tree Huggers Child Care Center. The minute both my husband and I met Jillian (the owner) and the staff at Little Tree Huggers we felt at ease. They welcomed our son with a smile and open arms. They teach the kids new things everyday and truly treat the kids like their own children. My son had never been in a daycare before and cried the first couple days when we dropped him off there. I was so nervous but the staff took time everyday to comfort me and my son! After a couple of days my son became obsessed with his new teachers and friends and could not wait to be dropped off there. Jillian and the staff are great at communicating and I cannot be more happy that we chose them for our childcare needs.
