  I would like to start by saying that I was very pleased with the overall experience. The application process was simple and easy. I applied on 5/28/2023, toured the apartment on 6/2/2023, and moved the next day, 6/3/2023. Everything went smoothly and I was able to move in quickly and easily.
  
  I would like to thank the apartment management team for their professionalism and helpfulness. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, and they made the entire process as easy as possible. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to live.

  It's a great move-in experience though I was refused to move in after 6pm but they suggested and helped me reschedule the following day move-in. They treat every tenant equally, which is appreciated. Everyone in the leasing office is nice and helpful. It's quieter than I expected and great lake view. So far so good.

  My boyfriend and I are currently looking for our first apartment together here and Olivia is amazing! She answered any questions we had over the phone, and in person during our tour. She really knows what she’s talking and we are very grateful to have had such a genuine interaction. Not one time did we ever feel pressured into jumping right into the application process. She took the time to explain everything to us cause as I said, this is our first apartment. She was so real with us the whole time. Their whole staff was honestly amazing.

  This is one of the best apartments we lived so far. Best part it is maintenance response is so quick. Loved the pond view. They do host lot of events all over the spring and summer.
  And they do proves food, host farm animals 🦙🐴🐑🐰🦆🐇🐐. Every other Friday food trucks. Man it’s cool.
  We won gift 🎁 from one of the Pool Party😊.
