Tellis, the manager was amazing! I waited for the Black Friday deal to receive a free Mirror. He opened the store early just so that I didn’t have to wait in the cold and he helped me with accessories for it. I also love that it’s Michigan based! Definitely going back to supply my home gym.

Tellis, the store Manager, is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions about the store's extensive selection of equipment. I highly recommend the store if you are in the market for a good machine! There is no pushy, sales pitch, just great info from Tellis.

I went in to purchase some items at the Novi, Michigan store. Manager Tellis Everette and Fitness Specialist Andrew Allen provided outstanding service. Andrew helped me with selection of equipment, detailing and explaining the differences in models and brands. I needed the items as a gift. When I returned to make my purchase the next day, Tellis checked to make sure items were in stock and ensured that I'd be able to pick them up the same day by calling the warehouse and making sure they were available. He emailed me with the warehouse manager's number. I called and the guys had my items by the door ready to load them in my truck when I arrived! With these guys at AHF - Novi, I got the trifecta - great equipment, excellent service and the best price around!

Tellis Everett was my salesperson & I cannot say enough good things about him & American Home Fitness in Novi. He took very good car of me explaining each piece of equipment to make sure I was understanding the pros & cons of each. In the end the what I thought I was coming in to buy changed completely from his knowledge & direction. I am so happy with my purchase, the Octane Q47xi.
