Always do a great job on cleaning our rugs. They also have small specialty rugs for purchase. We bought some for gifts today and they even threw in antislip pads for each.

Had a needlepoint rug cleaned, treated, and purchased a new mat. Professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, and very nice - what a terrific combination. And you just knew you could trust them with something meaningful to us. Outstanding.

Hagopian services recently went above and beyond in servicing my rug. I had purchased a rug at another store that needed to be shortened. The only option at that store would have created a cheap looking finish using a machine. Ahmed Zamzam from Hagopian hand cut and sewed the edges so that it closely resembled the original. He restarted the process three different times to achieve the excellent results that I have. I was so pleased to be able to keep the rug I really liked at the size I needed all at a reasonable price. I will continue to use the excellent services of Hagopian.
