“Everyone here goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable calling for information or to schedule appointments. Great service at the front desk, easy to call and make or change appointments. Always a very short wait, this place has their schedule worked out to a tee. It is rare you feel like a place really cares about you. I feel like that here, highly recommended. I personally had some issues with previous dentists, where they caused some damage and did not do the right thing. I had lost confidence in all people in this profession. I had gone to many places to get an honest opinion on what had been done to me, and what I needed to do moving forward. Out of 20 plus places Dr. Wolf was the only one who was honest, told me what needed to be done, and assisted me moving forward. I am now done with the procedures, and could not be happier. I will always recommend this place to anyone.”

“My husband and I found Dr. Minns after moving to Novi almost ten years ago. I personally had not been to the dentist for about three years prior because I had a terrible experience with a different dentist, and I was afraid to go back. “A lot of my family have been going to Dr. Escote for years. Their facility is clean. They return calls and inquiries in a timely manner. This is a small dental office. You are not just a number. They give customized care and give you their professional opinion on what's best for you-- not because they want to generate money. Sometimes I have to bring my kid with me bc I have no sitter. When my kid got antsy, they even tried to entertain him, so I can have my dental needs done. Not necessary, but they go above and beyond. On a side note, I moved to a different dentist bc I changed residence. I ended up coming back, despite the drive bc the service here was better.”

“Overall I'm satisfied but was frustrated because the treatment plan took an additional 9 or so months to fix 1 tooth which was the main reason I got braces a second time. The rest of my teeth were pretty straight but because the 1 tooth was overlapping another tooth and was very obvious I decided to just go for it. It took months and many aligners to move it to where it was satisfactory but not perfect. Dr. Leah worked diligently with me to get it to where I was happy but honestly it took way too long and I still feel its not lined up so that its symmetrical with the other side.”

“A friend of mine referred Dr. Jarvie to me about one year ago. I’ve had my teeth cleaned twice and had a crown. The dental hygienists were not only very personable, but both did a very thorough job. Dr Jarvie did excellent work on the crown. You can tell the office is very up to date with new dental technology, but they don’t push any unnecessary treatment.
