You can literally take a magnifying lense and see how refreshing the fabric fiber is. They also provide hypoypoallergenic treatment. I keep giving them my business because of their top notch customer service, zero pressure to make a sale, and outstanding variety of equipment to choose from. Most recently I dealt with Steve who was awesome in helping me pick out the right machine and spent a lot of time over multiple visits showing me different exercises and exactly how to use it. They really want the customer to make the right decision on what to buy and I feel genuinely care about promoting health. The company they used to install the new machine was prompt, polite, and picked up very well after the job. “Today i went to the Tim Hortons at victoria avenue, and i got wrong coffee and this location was on my way, went there and I asked to replace my coffee to one of the team member , i guess she was on training because she had training badge on, then she called her supervisor to handle my complaint and replacement. Supervisor her name was Mandip, i might wrong to spell her name, she was happy to replace my coffee that was really nice, she apologized for wrong coffee even she didn't do anything wrong about mine coffee. really impressed by the customer service.”
