COLUMBUS SMITH is the man who I spoke too over the phone and I knew instantly I would like him. He was soooo patient with me such a gentleman and made me more then comfortable I told them too higher me part time just so I can sit up there and laugh with him all day. All the men were super nice and down too earth. Even tho I wanted a Durango I will be back for it when I refinance my truck! “17th December 2022 : Came here with an appointment for an exhaust rattle TSB for my 2007 Ford Mustang GT. Once they understood my concerns, they took the car right in and got it fixed within minutes. I understand what it is like to run a service centre. Despite all that they had on their plate, they prioritised my issue and had me back on the road with a wide smile and a rumbling V8. The service manager was very kind and generous, so were all the technicians. (Happy & helpful people, Isn't this what America is all about?) They even took me under the hoist to show me what's going on. I've interned myself in many svcs in my teens back home, I would totally spend my weekend working here for free if I were in my teens again. (Being around and working on cars is my happy place! :)) I would totally recommend this place for anyone with a Ford and care about it! 💯”

“I took a group of 7 people, ranging from 8 years old to 23. Everyone has so much fun! Even the older ones who thought they might be too grown up for it. 😉 Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Great option for birthdays or a family fun day! There are life guards on shore and two actually in the lake so even though I couldn’t really see my kids (that’s the only down side I experienced) I felt comfortable that everyone was safe. “I bought blow-in instillation and machine rental was free. Check out was easy. The guys were friendly and helped load up the machine. Later I called because I needed extra hose and was told I could pick more up. I would have given it 5 stars until this point but when I showed up to get the hose, the guy at the pro desk acted like he didn't want to help. I'm a woman and he handed me a big garbage can with the house in it to carry. He was not about to help carry it until I set i started dragging the can behind me. So he lost a star. When I returned the machine Ken was very helpful as well as the person at the service desk. Overall I was satisfied.”
