“I cannot begin to thank everyone enough! From the first phone call to the last interaction with my installer! Everyone was so nice and professional. My existing furnace had been installed by the previous owner and had been shutting off for years. Upon inspecting my odd situation Mike and Jesus discovered a ton of code violations and fire hazards that I had been living with for 8 years. They took the time to go in my attic, pull apart some pieces and really dig deep into what was going on. My price was very fair and included all permits and necessary things to complete the project. They were very courteous when it came to my dogs as well! I was in happy tears when they left! My house and my dogs are now safe!!!”

“I took a group of 7 people, ranging from 8 years old to 23. Everyone has so much fun! Even the older ones who thought they might be too grown up for it. 😉 Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Great option for birthdays or a family fun day! There are life guards on shore and two actually in the lake so even though I couldn’t really see my kids (that’s the only down side I experienced) I felt comfortable that everyone was safe. Thanks for a great time!”

“Review update from 2 stars to 5 stars April 25, 2022 I made my exchange and I am a very happy customer. The selection is great. Staff is friendly and know there stuff. The local artist works are beautiful/awesome/way cool. It is a bonus to have another female to talk cigars thanks Megan. Purchased a Silicone bong. I took it home cleaned it and when I went to use it had soaked up all the smells of the Lake Orion store. You smell the pipe and all you can smell it the scents of the store. This can not be good to inhale so I took it back to exchange it. I was told by the store manager that there is no return policy. Would not make a call to their superior to find out if there is an exception since the pipe has soaked up incense and candle scents from the store. Highly disappointed!!!! Never got a receipt and never saw one sign that said no returns all sales are final. Was waited on by the store Manager and was never told that all sales were final. I have no problems with all sales are final just post it! And make sure you are telling your customers. I was in the store just me and the manager for close to an hour. I spent over $100. It was my first time in and NOTHING was mentioned about all sales are final. I just wanted to exchange a pipe that smells like the store and will be unhealthy to smoke from. One would think that they would want the customers happy and healthy. So disappointing that a business won't take care of there customer when a product is faulty. I am a business owner and I do this for my customers when a product is faulty.”

“A+++ Great customer service, they always steer me in the right direction. They are attentive and helpful with choosing the best paint for the job from painting kithchen cabinets to walls that can withstand hoards of toddlers. I've been here many times over the past few years always a good experience and the greatest salt of the earth people I've had the pleasure of meeting. I remember they were kind enough to help a friend of mine when her car got stuck over on the curb in the parking lot (Still not sure how she managed that). Just started another big project, excited for the end result. I will continue to come here for every painting project.”

“I bought blow-in instillation and machine rental was free. Check out was easy. The guys were friendly and helped load up the machine. Later I called because I needed extra hose and was told I could pick more up. I would have given it 5 stars until this point but when I showed up to get the hose, the guy at the pro desk acted like he didn't want to help. I'm a woman and he handed me a big garbage can with the house in it to carry. He was not about to help carry it until I set i started dragging the can behind me. So he lost a star. When I returned the machine Ken was very helpful as well as the person at the service desk. Overall I was satisfied.”
