“I bought blow-in instillation and machine rental was free. Check out was easy. The guys were friendly and helped load up the machine. Later I called because I needed extra hose and was told I could pick more up. I would have given it 5 stars until this point but when I showed up to get the hose, the guy at the pro desk acted like he didn't want to help. I'm a woman and he handed me a big garbage can with the house in it to carry. He was not about to help carry it until I set i started dragging the can behind me. So he lost a star. When I returned the machine Ken was very helpful as well as the person at the service desk. Overall I was satisfied.”

“The manager, Skylar, resolved some concerns I had with my furniture order and she did a great job doing it. I was missing some of my order and she checked the warehouse to find out if the system had been updated. Since it hadn’t, she is going to check it tomorrow and call me with an update. She also placed an order for a dinning room table that was missing from my order and arrange delivery in less than 2 weeks. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience and I have to say it was a great customer service experience for me.”
