Myles and Will have been more than helpful! Spoke to them about a classic car that had work done at their shop. Ended up buying the vehicle and had a starter replaced on it. Very knowledgeable, upfront, honest and quick. I plan to keep taking my vehicle back there if I can’t do the work myself. Very much trust these guys and their work after talking and interacting with them a few times. Super impressed and got our car back running!

My experience is that when I take my car to McNeal’s … the repairs are always done right. I took my car in to have the brakes fixed and a wheel alignment. The work was done within a reasonable amount of time, and everything is perfect. McNeal’s is always my first choice for car repair.

McNeal fixed my thermostat, ac system, and rear suspension and they did a great job. I have taken multiple vehicles to them over the years and they are always professional and do quality work.

These guys are amazing. Been using them for 7 years and never less than a 5 star experience. Last week took in my 2004 car for a check up. Didn't find a problem so no charge! Yeah!! Amazing.
