Answered all my questions, they were friendly and knowledgeable and my rug turned out perfect! I was nervous because it is a textured multi color wool rug that can't be replaced. It now looks brand new again! Plus the price was very reasonable. I'll be taking any rugs I own from now on, here for cleaning.

The owner John is a genuine put a smile on your face type guy. From the courtesy of our first encounter phone call, to services rendered. He works out of a "historic" home in Pontiac where I was lead to by Google. A handmaid wooden sign stating -carpet cleaning- at the end of a tiny driveway. I was skeptical pulling in, then I hear his voice on the phone coming from the back building with an antique screen door. And how I was welcomed!!! His employees are the definition of work ethic, because every single one with a free hand came out to my truck and unloaded all my rugs. They were not asked or told... That's each and every time I visit regardless of who's there. John is the example owner. More than fair prices (he even told me a few of the rugs I brought him could go in the washer, I paid to have then cleaned regardless) exceptional cleaning to those mohawk washer rugs and my expensive thick wool rugs/orientals. I was referred to him for a reason.... Quality... now I'm referring him to you😊
