They come out and retrieve the bag from my car. Then when I’m pick it up, they bring it back out. These ladies are so kind and do a great job. The place itself is extremely clean.”

“Professional and fast are 2 qualities you look for in a dry cleaner. They always have a friendly greeting when I arrive. At your 1st visit, they get you in the system. Every time you drop off clothes, all they need is your phone number. It's quick and easy. The clothes are always ready by the time stated on the return receipt you receive when you drop off your items. You also get an email when your clothes are ready. I had a really fancy suit coat that I took in. They told me at the counter they weren't sure if it would hold up to the dry clean process & that someone would be giving me a call after they inspected it. The owner called me and gave me the news. They were honest, and I thanked them for it. They said they treat every item as if it were their own.”

“I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who was unfortunately laid off this past Monday. You can do your best to prepare for these situations, but one of the things we didn't think about was having clean, crisp dress attire on hand and ready for when he would be called for interviews. With that said, we dropped the clothes off with nothing scheduled and expected the clothes to be dry cleaned per the usual 2 day turn around. Then upon returning home my husband had received two opportunities for in person interviews that were to happen on the morning of when the clothes would be done. We placed a phone call to the 5th Avenue team as soon as we heard explaining the situation and requesting support on quicker turn around..... No questions asked the team understood the situation, showed empathy and got the job done to our satisfaction per usual! I could write a short novel about Stacey, who has been washing and folding my laundry for the past couple months. If you delight in the satisfaction of right angles or a very tidy environment as much as I do (I blame it on my strict toilet training as a child), then you will completely freak out at Stacey’s obsession with PERFECTION. Honestly, when I pick up my laundry, it’s like a work of art has been gifted to me. And it may sound strange, but I honestly feel loved and cared for. She takes such pride in her work that you can only be astonished with the results. Stop doing your own laundry. Your time is worth far more than the couple bucks per pound they charge.
