I've had great experiences here. Even when they are swamped, they go out of their way to be helpful.

Professional and fast are 2 qualities you look for in a dry cleaner. They always have a friendly greeting when I arrive. At your 1st visit, they get you in the system. Every time you drop off clothes, all they need is your phone number. It's quick and easy. The clothes are always ready by the time stated on the return receipt you receive when you drop off your items. You also get an email when your clothes are ready. I had a really fancy suit coat that I took in. They told me at the counter they weren't sure if it would hold up to the dry clean process & that someone would be giving me a call after they inspected it. The owner called me and gave me the news. They were honest, and I thanked them for it. They said they treat every item as if it were their own.

Never been to this location. Spilled Mac and cheese on suit pants. Terrible stain. Gave me a first time discount and stain is gone. Very friendly. Will not go anywhere else. Thanks

The dry cleaners I had been using for years went out business. I asked around and many people referred me to Dubin. I am very happy with the service and professionalism. Glad I found Dubin and will continue using them.
