“I have to say that this care now exceeded my expectations! When I got there, they said the doctor had an emergency and was running behind. I only had to wait 20 minutes, which is about the average for my regular doctor anyway. Haha. I appreciated the heads up though. When they called me in, the staff were extremely nice and were great listeners. I had fractured my foot and between the initial consult, the orthopedic consult (charming guy!), the x-rays, and check out, everything went very smoothly. I was blown away by their caring and genuine bedside manner. Definitely do the web check-in. I feel like that phrase is misleading though. To check in means to me that you already have an appointment. Web check-in is how you GET an appointment. They text you updates and you can wait at home until it's time for your appointment. Very convenient. As of this date, masks are still required (which is fine with me as there were three people in the waiting room with some nasty coughs!). Highly recommend this location.”
