“Moved to Acworth and I didn't realize we had to fill out a form to say the house is no longer vacant. The people I talked to were all very courteous and I spoke to my delivery person who seems very nice. They were quick to help me get set up to start receiving my mail. I was worried about the call when I saw the other reviews. I had a great experience but I made a point not to call during peak periods (opening, lunch time, closing, etc). I was definitely frustrated when I wasn't receiving my packages on time but when they explained that the form we haphazardly threw away was needed to get the mail going again, I understood the problem and didn't place blame on any of them. Being kind to your postal workers goes a long way despite your frustration, guys. Thanks again to this location for exceeding my expectations and taking the time to explain things for a first timer.”

“I had three units at U-Store-It and it was very clean. I felt very safe each time I came. The outside property was always clean when I entered the building. I really appreciated Veronica because she was so helpful and an extremely nice person which left a hugh impression on me.
