(January 8, 2020, 6:00 am)Rock City Fitness is the place to go! Owner/Trainer Eric Maust has a ton of knowledge and experience, and he tailors the workout to your individual needs. With a little bit of effort on your part, the results will keep you coming back for more. So even if you're like me and don't LOVE working out, you'll still find yourself circling back to Rock City for more. The gym is awesome and super clean, with everything you could possible need. Eric makes working out regularly as fun as it could possibly be ;)

(October 4, 2018, 1:05 pm)Eric is an outstanding fitness professional! As a physical therapist I have the utmost confidence in referring my clients to him after their rehab is complete. He has an excellent knowledge base in exercise prescription and modification, as well as advanced screening techniques to help clients achieve their goals. Personally, I enjoy my workouts with Eric. He is motivating and provides exceptional workouts to keep me challenged and makes it fun! I highly recommend this facility.

I always look forward to the classes at RCF. The workout, the burn, the fun, and the friends. Just a great place that has been everything I wanted and needed. Eric is passionate about fitness and works hard at getting to know all his clients and providing guidance and encouragement towards your training.
