Contracting in general has been difficult at best due to COVID and the lack of consistent and timely supply, but Tony was actually very consistent in setting expectations. He set very clear parameters around pricing and budgetary numbers and we were in the range we expected even with quite a number of additional "high maintenance" home owner requests we had over the course of the renovation project - that included hard wood flooring, hard wood stairs and a complete high-end, gut-rehab master bathroom.
