Brighter Performance Recovery

First time here in the cryo… though I’ve done it other places… was very pleased with the service and the pricing package.

This place is the real deal for recovery and relaxation. From start to finish I felt completely relaxed and taken care of. The combination of the Cryotherapy followed by the Infrared sauna feels so great. I had a long day at work before coming in and I walked out feeling refreshed and clear headed. Whether you’re into fitness or just someone looking to destress I highly recommend checking this place out.

Too be honest I was very apprehensive to try the cryotherapy but the atmosphere and staff totally set me at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed! i felt great afterward. I will be back for sure!
