Our experience in the store was great! Rich was our very nice and helpful sales associate. We really appreciated that the sales associates put masks on when they saw us walk in with masks on, made the experience much more comfort and pleasant. Definitely recommending this store to my family and friends.

My wife and I stopped in at the Mattress Firm store in Tramonto today to look for a new king sized bed for our guest casita. We were immediately greeted at the door by Jennifer, who quickly ascertained what we were looking for. She then set about showing us all the various beds that fit the comfort level and pricing we were seeking. After looking at a number of mattresses, we narrowed our choices down to two, and shortly thereafter we picked the one we wanted. She handled the purchase, options, and delivery date and we were on our way after a pleasant experience. We would recommend Jennifer and Mattress Firm at Tramonto to anyone shopping for a bed.

Jennifer was extremly helpful, professional, and had a great vibe. She provided her honest opinions to help me decide on what I needed for lower back support for my adjustable base purchase. Couldn't be happier with her help for delivery and install as well.

Very friendly staff! Always have what you need and if they dont they will put it on their next truck order! Absolutely amazing people and they really care about the things you want or need! I'm a regular there so maybe thats why they care so much, I dont know but i love the people!
