I have attended reformer classes in person with Karen (which I love) but when covid hit I switched to zoom and it is unbelievable how good she is at noticing small things even through zoom. I was having trouble with my back one day and she noticed without me saying a thing and instructed me to put a pillow under my back during the mat class. This attention to detail is certainly her strength. Even during a global pandemic she kept up with her own pilates instruction so that she could pass on her knowledge to me. I have been trying to keep on a zoom schedule 3 times a week and I have noticed such a change in my flexibility and strength and I do not feel my age (60). She is a very caring and excels at keeping me motivated and changing things up so that I am never in a rut. I am looking forward to getting back in the studio the next time I am back in town.

So glad that Karen now offers remote Pilates classes. Classes continue to be small so Karen can keep an eye on us and provide individual guidance. After over seven years, I am stronger and healthier, thanks to Karen. Join us!
I started attending Karen’s studio back in 2016 and my senior body has never been the same! She is a master at Pilates as she took courses and introduced moves to us during each of her classes. The result is that my lower back pain disappeared (after adjustments and acupuncture) and has not returned. Unfortunately I relocated to Los Angeles in 2018 and could not find a mat Pilates equivalent to her class. Several months ago, I decided to check in with her to see how her business was doing and she informed me about her Zoom classes. I was ecstatic to return to the classes that started me on the way to greater core and overall body strength. Karen is back, with her focused exercise regime, fabulous sense of humor and precise instructional techniques that make her classes seem like private one-to-one sessions. Despite the quarantine, I now have great access to instruction taking place thousands of miles away. Check out her Zoom classes, you have so much to gain.
Go-To Pilates has been such a wonderful experience for me. I’ve been going for almost 4 years now! I had never tried pilates before and found Go-To Pilates via a google search. Fast forward almost 4 years. I go 1-2 times weekly and it has (& continues to) strengthened my core, improved my posture, and increased my self esteem. Karen is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about Pilates. Her classes are always very enjoyable, non-intimidating, and a great workout! Highly recommend!!!!
I have been going to Go-To Pilates for three months and I have never felt better. The instructor is classically trained and extremely knowledgeable. She takes great care at whatever level you are able to participate. Both the mat and reformer classes are amazing and challenging. If you are looking for real Pilates that is not the cookie cutter version of a work out, I highly recommend Karen's sessions.
